Welcome.
I am a licensed mental health counselor who provides therapy to adults in Massachusetts and New York. I am currently seeing clients via teletherapy.
Most of the people I work with approach me with conundrums that need to be fully understood: “I know what I’m feeling but I don’t know why”; “I keep finding myself in hurtful relationships and I want something different next time around”; “I’m tired of how I’m living and I’m afraid to change”; “I want to feel less lonely”; “I don’t like myself”; “The people I am closest to don’t really know me.” They tend to want to live brightly and with much aliveness, and value being supported, known, and attuned to as they work on changing shape. I am particularly drawn to working with people who are grappling with relationship difficulties, low self worth, existential anxiety, aftermath of abuse or neglect in their family of origin, and transitions and loss across the lifespan.
I received my Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and completed advanced training at NYU Langone Institute for Psychoanalytic Education and The William Alanson White Institute. As part of my approach to practice, I continue my learning through coursework and clinical supervision.
